Physical Ability : Able to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures. Team Player : Works well with others and can communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Safety-Conscious : Prioritizes safety and follows all industry regulations and best practices. Residential Installer

Our client is seeking skilled Residential Installers with expertise in the HVAC industry to join their Los Angeles-based team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in installing HVAC systems across various residential projects. What You'll Do :
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand installation specifications and requirements.
- Safely handle and install HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Test HVAC systems after installation to ensure efficient operation and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to address any installation challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment on all job sites.
