We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Associate Kitchen Supervisor to support the Kitchen Manager in managing daily operations in the Back of House. If you have a love for preparing made-from-scratch meals, we want to hear from you!

As an Associate Kitchen Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and supervising food production to ensure quality and consistency.
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with the management team.
• Monitoring ticket orders and maintaining a steady pace during peak service times.
• Providing hands-on support in various roles, including serving, hosting, and cooking as needed.
• Conducting formal Taste and Temp checks to uphold our culinary standards.
• Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all food items.
• Managing inventory and tracking waste under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment through staff supervision.
• Ensuring consistency in food quality and service to maximize sales.
• Practicing and promoting safe food handling procedures.
• Training Back of House staff to follow established recipes and procedures.
• Creating a safe and welcoming environment while helping to develop the Back of House team.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring guest safety at all times.
