Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance. Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
- Benchmark divisional performance using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt. Analyze forecasts and variances to identify trends and opportunities.
- Review financial results for compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.
- Partner with divisions to implement cost?saving initiatives and strategic projects.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to improve and align close procedures.
- Provide guidance to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Conduct balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory and reserves.
- Prepare internal management reports and handle ad hoc financial projects.
- Analyze financial results to identify profitability drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies.
