What Your Day Will Look Like

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more while adhering to standardized protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments receive regular preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection efforts and meticulously prepare samples for subsequent testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold high-quality lab standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health fields, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Commit to maintaining your certification throughout your tenure with us.
