What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity within the facility or surrounding areas.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or local law enforcement as needed regarding incidents or emergencies.

Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and information related to site policies and procedures.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential disruptions or unwanted behavior.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
