Experienced Associate - Real Estate

Spectrum Search is partnering with a top-performing real estate finance advisory firm in Uptown Dallas that's growing quickly and looking to add an Experienced Associate to their team.

In this role, you'll be directly involved in live transactions from day one, building financial models, structuring complex deals, and supporting capital placement efforts for developers, investors, and property owners across the country. You'll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to every part of the deal cycle, from underwriting to execution.

Must Have :

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, finance, or investment analysis
• Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis
• Highly proficient in Excel - Argus experience a plus
