Janitorial Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring janitorial and cleaning staff to meet our company's operational needs. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a keen eye for identifying top talent in the cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source qualified candidates for janitorial positions through job boards, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and background checks to assess candidates' qualifications and work ethic.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of employees.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of applicants, hiring decisions, and compliance with labor laws.
• Employee Retention Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources, preferably in the janitorial, facilities management, or service industry.
• Strong understanding of janitorial roles and responsibilities, including cleaning procedures and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
