  • Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus potential
Territory
  • This position covers Lenexa KS, Independence MO, Savannah MO, Tulsa OK, Lubbock TX, Dallas TX, and Fort Worth TX

Responsibilities

  • Creates and manages sales performance goals for the region.
  • Monitors and directs the business development staffing strategy.
  • Ensures that sales team has necessary training and resources to drive business from physicians, facilities, and other referral sources.
  • Creates and directs the region's enterprise growth strategy partnering with health care providers to ensure a continuum of care.
  • Works closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of the region's operational growth strategy.
  • Functions as a member of the executive management team for the region ensuring that company compliance, performance and HR guidelines are maintained in the region.
  • Monitors and evaluates employee performance.
  • Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives.
  • Executes effective performance redirection when needed.
  • Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or management preferred.
  • Five years of sales experience.
  • Two years of home health or hospice sales experience.
  • One year of supervisory experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance.
Please note: This role will travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
