Part Time Manager Position with Office Duties.

The Senator is a 55+ owner occupied condo HOA with 38 units. Manager directs and coordinates all functions of the HOA and the property. The manager will supervise two staff and in responsible to the HOA Board. MS office and QuickBooks accounting system knowledge required.

Hours are flexible 20 hours per week with a minimum on-site presence of 4 days per week. Pay range based on experience. Benefits include holiday pay and accumulated paid time off available. MS office and QuickBooks accounting system knowledge required.
