Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee document control procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Organize and maintain financial records by scanning and compiling relevant documentation.
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering growth and development.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
