A company is looking for a Project Coordinator I to provide coordination and administrative support for the enterprise AI Use Case intake and review process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with intake and tracking of AI use case submissions
Schedule meetings and send agendas, materials, and reminders
Take notes and capture action items during review meetings
Qualifications
3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
Experience working with calendars, meetings, and documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
Demonstrates clear, professional, and respectful communication in interactions with stakeholders
