A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Access & Care Team Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist inbound callers and make outbound calls as necessary, linking patient experiences with established protocols
Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and manage cancellations and reschedules
Provide referrals to physicians and identify emergent calls for appropriate escalation
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate
Experience in healthcare preferred
Experience in a call center or customer service-related area preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs
