The program supports a government research and innovation lab and as a contractor, we are responsible for facility management, security, and infrastructure support for the research facility, cybersecurity, systems engineering, architecture engineering, integration, and capability deployment services for the facility tenants, as well as operations support, hardware procurement, and maintenance for multiple sites. / ppRole : The Program Manager will oversee all contract efforts in support this contract and is the primary point of contact for our government counterparts and shall serve as lead for execution of the contract, updating stakeholders on the contract progress. The Program Manager interfaces with government leadership on daily activities of Contractor work efforts and shall be the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work across the contract. This position is listed as a key position for this contract. / ppRequirements : An active TS / SCI clearance is required. At a minimum, the program manager shall have a masters degree in management or related engineering field, 10 years of industry-related experience as a program manager, and possess a current TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility. / ppDesired Skills and Experience : The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following : / pulliExperience on USSF or USAF contracts in program or project management / liliKnowledge of and experience with Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) data processing and applications / liliExperience in facility management / liliExperience with cloud computing and hosting of tenants / liliExperience with DevSecOps, CI / CD, or Agile development / liliKnowledge of or experience with SOFA, SEGA, or FORGE frameworks / liliExperience working on or managing programs requiring cybersecurity professionals for ATO, RMF compliance, and ongoing activities to maintain compliance / li / ulpThe proposed salary range for this position is 150,000 to 240,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
