\n\nJob Requirements (Emergency Room RN)\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (PA RN license)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room / ED nursing experience\n
• BLS certification (AHA)\n
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills\n
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department\n
• Preferred: ACLS and trauma nursing experience\n

\n\nResponsibilities (ER Nurse)\n

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population\n
• Perform rapid triage, comprehensive assessments, and timely interventions\n
• Deliver life?saving interventions and support during emergent situations\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, advanced practice providers, and emergency medical services\n
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR)\n
• Maintain effective communication with patients and families in a high-volume ER environment\n
