Location : Fitchburg, WI

Schedule & Pay

  • Hours : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Pay : $18+ / hr DOE

About the Role

Our Fitchburg client is seeking an experienced and energetic team member to join their production staff! If you enjoy working in smaller teams and have at least 2 years of vinyl sign-making experience , this could be the perfect fit. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position offering a consistent weekday schedule in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble vinyl graphics using machine and hand cutting, weeding excess materials, masking final designs, and boxing items for shipment.
  • Produce stock graphics, custom graphics, and visual materials.
  • Maintain back stock graphic items.
  • Inspect products for quality standards and count finished products for order accuracy.
  • Lift raw materials and finished products manually.
  • Load / unload items from machines and mark / tag identification on parts.
  • Pack and store materials and products.
  • Operate machines and transfer materials between storage and work areas.

    • Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of vinyl sign-making experience.
  • Proficiency with Illustrator Suite and Composer vector art files .
  • Familiarity with PC-based applications and network filing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Solid hand-eye coordination and ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
