Additional duties include coordinate with other departments when needed, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, as well as manage simple records and enter information accurately, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
