Associate BioServices Project Manager Hybrid

We are seeking an Associate BioServices Project Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in Indianapolis IN - hybrid .

As an Associate BioServices Project Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to IQVIA scientific standards.

What youll be doing :

• Overseeing and conducting projects throughout their lifecycle including method development validation and sample analysis.
• Collaborating with Scientific Team Members Technical Writing and QC to ensure timely project completion.
• Reviewing validation and bioanalytical reports for completeness.
• Maintaining communication with customers providing daily updates on active projects.
• Resolving sample discrepancies and monitoring project progress.
• Providing regular project status updates to management.
• Preparing validation and sample analysis plans.
• Reviewing data for scientific quality.
• Coordinating and visiting customer sites.
• Working with business development staff to prepare quotes for assigned customers.
• Approving validation experimental designs and preparing data for external presentations.
• Ensuring projects are archived in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.
• Complying with all applicable regulatory standards including Good Clinical and Good Laboratory Practices.
