Position Summary
Advances pharmacy practice ensures safe and cost-effective drug therapy and optimal patient outcomes by providing and promoting pharmaceutical care though coordination of clinical activities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy. Minimum Experience: 5 (five) years experience in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent) practice. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or national specialty certification. Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in New Mexcio
