A company is looking for a Compliance Manager responsible for ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess compliance regulatory requirements and risks, mitigating them based on Compliance programs

Steer the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance-related requirements across relevant jurisdictions

Monitor regulatory developments and oversee the implementation of necessary compliance measures

Required Qualifications

Comprehensive experience in compliance within the financial services sector

Deep understanding of international compliance laws and risk management practices

University / Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field, or 5+ years in relevant professional roles

CS / Compliance certification (e.g., ICA, or equivalent) preferred

Proven ability to lead and develop compliance programs and adapt to changing regulatory environments
