PMI Indianapolis is looking for a cleaning and sanitization specialist to clean and prepare properties for rent prior to leasing.

Work to be done in the Indianapolis area, Muncie/Anderson area and Marion/Kokomo area.

Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently with our online work order systems
• Complete cleaning of properties with minimal supervision.
• Work efficiently to achieve productivity targets
• Maintain material and supply inventory.

Qualifications:

• Employee will use own vehicle and cleaning supplies.
• Familiarity with best practices for cleaning and sanitization.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detailed oriented.
