Senior Software Developer

The role involves contributing to a critical application supporting call center operations, with a focus on adding new features and migrating legacy functionalities. This opportunity is ideal for experienced developers with a strong background in C# and .NET, who thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working within an Agile Scrum framework. The role is Hybrid Mon-Thur Onsite and Friday Remote in San Antonio, TX

Senior Software Developer Responsibilities :

Design, modify, and develop software applications and operating systems aligned with business requirements.

Collaborate closely with team members, including product owners and testers, to ensure functionality meets story specifications.

Implement code changes, participate in code reviews, and deploy updates to production.

Engage in daily stand-ups, pairing sessions, and sprint planning to support Agile methodologies.

Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolve issues during development and live operation to maintain system stability.

Senior Software Developer Qualifications :

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.

Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.

Experience with WPF is preferred but not required.

Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support team success.
