Contracts Administrator

Job Description

David Weekley Homes has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Legal Team as a Contracts Administrator. Our office is located near Katy Freeway & 610W.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter critical dates on land contracts; track changes and updates.
• Process payment requests.
• Perform related copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.
• Update sales contract forms and data as directed by Legal Department
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint

Ideal Candidate will also Possess:

• Basic knowledge of real estate contracts
• Attention to Detail
• Computer Literacy, including Word, Excel and SharePoint
• Communication and organizational skills
• Working with a Team and responding to time-sensitive requests

Additional Information

Work Location: This is an on-site position at our Houston headquarters located near the intersection of I-10 Katy Freeway & 610 W Loop N Freeway
