CRM Marketing Manager

A company is looking for a CRM / HubSpot Marketing Manager to manage and execute customer relationship management programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals

Build and execute B2B CRM programs to drive brand awareness and client retention

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns using customer segmentation

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in CRM marketing with a track record of successful campaigns

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and data analytics tools

Basic understanding of data privacy laws and compliance practices

Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities
