As a Research Analyst, you will coordinate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and client managers to deliver impactful results on time. Our insights help understand public issues, policy support, argumentation strategies, and much more. You’ll be integral in producing scalable, accurate, and robust research products.

Salary range : $70-100k per annum, commensurate with experience. This position is full-time and allows for remote work.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Designing and launching surveys that engage hundreds of thousands of Americans.
• Managing the fielding of multiple surveys simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant data collection.
• Tracking timelines and priorities while liaising between data scientists, engineers, and client-facing stakeholders.
• Supporting outreach efforts with presentations to clients, political partners, and consultants.
• Analyzing data to answer inquiries from political strategists and clients.
• Building subject matter context to discern real trends and flagging potential data issues for machine learning scientists.
• Contributing innovative ideas for analyzing, interpreting, and communicating our data to enhance our strategic guidance.
• Providing feedback to engineers to improve internal and external tools.
