Do you want to use your coding chops to help transform how businesses interact with the digital world? Our client is seeking a versatile Full Stack PHP Developer to build custom websites and applications that fuel real business impact in the Birmingham, AL, area!

C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Sponsorship is not provided and this person will not need to require sponsorship in the future.

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $100,000, depending on experience

    • What You'll Be Doing

  • Building responsive WordPress themes and Laravel applications from scratch
  • Developing interactive front-end features using JavaScript and React
  • Translating UI / UX designs into clean HTML / CSS
  • Managing databases and optimizing queries (MySQL / MariaDB)
  • Handling deployments in Linux-based environments
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring top-notch performance
  • Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and PMs from start to finish

    • What You'll Need to be Considered

  • Strong grasp of PHP and object-oriented programming
  • Proven experience in custom WordPress theme development
  • Comfortable in client-facing conversations
  • Familiarity with tools like Sage, Bedrock, Trellis, or Tailwind
  • Love for creative problem-solving and clean code
