[job_card.job_description]Manage revenue and cost recognition using Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting per IFRS Produce accurate forecasts budgets financial statements and variance analyses Monitor and report project health and key performance indicators Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies Perform detailed cost and margin analysis to improve profitability Oversee all project-related CAPEX activities Ensure budget adherence and flag variances proactively Partner with Finance Operations and PM teams for financial transparency Support improvements in financial processes controls and forecasting Strong financial and accounting knowledge including project accounting and forecasting Advanced analytical ability and financial modeling expertise Excellent communication and presentation skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Proficiency in Excel ERP systems and project accounting tools Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field CPA ACCA or CIMA preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in project controlling financial analysis or accounting Experience in engineering construction or manufacturing strongly preferred Strong understanding of IFRS and POC accounting CAPEX management experience Proven success partnering with Project Managers or operations leadership Medical dental and vision insurance Company-paid life short-term disability and long-term disability Paid Time Off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match A collaborative inclusive culture focused on innovation and growth Opportunities for career development and advancement

This role oversees project accounting IFRS compliance cost analysis forecasting and financial governance ensuring projects meet profitability goals and adhere to financial standards. The ideal candidate will proactively identify risks improve margins and drive continuous improvement across project financial operations.
