A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and video / audio collaboration space
Partner closely with the customer account team to drive and strengthen customer relationships
Manage technical feature requests and develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions / Sales Engineer
Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP / H323, and troubleshooting network issues
Experience with video conferencing and UC tools like Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft Lync
Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
