REGISTERED NURSE

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in home health nursing or community health settings.
• Certification in wound care management.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, telemetry monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.
• Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard in the care process.
• Supervise home health Aides
