Location: Columbus, OH

Phone interview first, then in person round

Must have Informatica experience developing, maintaining, and supporting extract, transform, and load data flows.Also, excellent SQL skills. These resources will be working on our conversion of Business Objects to Cognos, so experience with BO is a bonus.

3+ years experience designing and developing using Cognos (Cognos FM Models, reports, dashboards, data modules, data sets, etc.).
5+ years any BI Development

Development Experience with Cognos Analytics a must
Work with external and internal partners at both the business and technical level to define requirements and identify solutions
Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues relating to development of reporting solutions
Ability to work independently and on cross functional teams
Communicate with business users and other IT groups at a technical and functional level
Develop appropriate documentation both technical and procedural
Participate in code reviews
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
This position will be joining an existing agile team made up with experienced developers. Therefore, a slightly junior to mid-level resource would be acceptable.
Skills needed for this position are:
Report Development
Technical skills: Cognos, SQL
Understanding of Cognos solution development including reports, dashboards, framework, data module, etc.
Familiarity with Cognos 11, is highly valued
Ability to understand Business Objects reports for the purposes of completing analysis for conversion to Cognos
