Director, Film & TV Licensing

As Director, Film & Television Licensing, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to Columbia Records success through securing sync opportunities and maximizing revenue via strategic licensing initiatives. Your role represents a blend of creativity and negotiation with a passion for music and entertainment. What you'll do:

• Secure sync opportunities across film, television, sports, video games, apps and podcasts
• Creatively pitch frontline repertoire and lead negotiations for licensing clearances
• Develop and execute comprehensive artists plans to support new releases
• Synthesize industry trends to optimize opportunities and inform licensing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximization of sync placements
• Proactively seek-out new business opportunities and partnerships

Who you are:

• You carry a proven track record in licensing with at least 7 years of applicable experience
