Overview
Im partnering with a well-established national commercial builder thats looking for an experienced On-Site Project Manager in Irvine, CA. This role oversees projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
This is a great opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a stable, supportive, and growth-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project operations from bid through closeout
- Review and prepare bids; evaluate subcontractor pricing and proposals
- Qualify, negotiate, and administer subcontractor agreements
- Process change orders and ensure contract documentation is accurate
- Coordinate with owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and support scheduling and planning efforts
- Assist with estimating and maintaining project documentation
