Dr. Rick DiGregorio has been practicing Atlas Orthogonal for forty years in Michigan, South Carolina, and now Denver. His daughter, Dr. Ariana DiGregorio, has been practicing for five years and opened the Denver office in 2020. Our doctors are committed to the local community and the health and wellness of their patients.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each patient’s experience is welcoming, compassionate, and supportive—from their first phone call to every visit in our clinic.

Job Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and remember their names

Assist patients with check-in / check-out procedures

Schedule patients and manage patient flow

Answer phones and emails promptly

Collect and process payments

Ensure the appointment schedule is full and patient flow is smooth

Prepare treatment rooms and assist during exams, x-rays, and therapies

Educate patients on chiropractic treatments and benefits

Recall missed or no-show appointments within 15 minutes

Maintain accurate patient records and update EHR systems

Protect patient privacy at all times

Manage inventory and office supplies

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic

Perform opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in chiropractic or a related healthcare field

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using medical software and technology

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits & Salary

Hourly pay : $19–$25 / hr, depending on experience

Schedule : Tuesday–Thursday, 9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm

Weekends and holidays off
