This role combines business development, client engagement, and team leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. / ppAs a trusted advisor, you will expand Woolperts network across energy markets, strengthen existing relationships, and guide project teams in delivering high-value geospatial solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape industry strategy and influence how utilities leverage technology to solve critical infrastructure challenges. / ppWe are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. / ph3What You Will Do : / h3ulliDevelop and implement growth strategies (in collaboration with internal teams), participate in business meetings, and continually evaluate existing operating procedures to increase margin and revenue. / liliManage contract development and the negotiations process with new and existing large, complex clients. / liliUnderstand financial models and data analytics to assess areas of growth and development of opportunities. / liliAssist with budget development and provide support for new / existing growth initiatives. / liliResponsible for proactive client management, client growth and retention, and opportunity development in collaboration with internal teams. / liliBe a champion for growth with field personnel and through participation / leadership with technical teams and any subsequent projects. / liliActively assess and develop new growth opportunities through expansions to new clients, markets, acquisitions, and new solution offerings. / liliMaintain professional working relationships with clients. / liliCoordinate with other Woolpert employees to share best practices. / liliDemonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams including project managers, technical leaders, and support staff. / liliBe a team player, both internally and externally. / liliShare best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. / liliSupport recruitment of key talent to strengthen Woolperts utilities team. / li / ulh3What You Will Bring : / h3ulliExperience : 7+ years in management consulting or professional services within the energy market, with proven success in business development and client leadership. / liliIndustry Network : Established relationships with oil gas exploration and production and pipeline companies. / liliEducation : Bachelors degree in business, engineering, geospatial sciences, or related field required.
