This role is ONSITE

Position Summary:

• Develop marketing communication strategies based on competitive analysis
• Create a digital plan with retailer to drive awareness, consideration and conversion
• Collaborate with sales and brand to align to KPIs and incorporate these through joint marketing plans
• Support management of both LG and channel partner websites
• Manage marketing contents and asset management
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand the customer data and relevant ‘interests’ to
• optimize customer segmentation and outcomes
• Collaborate with channel partners to ensure their marketing initiatives are aligned with LG’s and to provide required assets
• Strong reporting skills to ensure that all investments are accountable to business outcomes
• Understand the channel partners’ digital capabilities and how they communicate with their consumer

Key Responsibilities:

• Asist sales teams, and functional teams to maximize LGE’s Brand homepage (OBS) e-commerce sales performance
• Identify rapidly changing e-commerce trends
• Manage the LGE eCommerce content and competitors content, index research, and evaluate dynamic content based on customer needs
• Set the necessary direction for change, and collaborate with relevant departments

Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO Analysis, key word marketing
• Experience with sales driven activities including media and marketing
• Good understanding of OBS
• Bachelor Degree and 3 + years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce space
• Bilingual in English/Korean is referred as this role requires communication with LGE HQ
• Experience with competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing or strategy management consulting
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Brand homepages experience to increase brand awareness to help achieve sales performance
• Value chain experience in a digital marketing environment / role
