Role Overview : As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll manage patient health, provide leadership, and ensure high-quality care delivery in convenient locations. Key responsibilities include : Conducting patient evaluations, physical exams, and health assessments. Developing care plans, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Administering treatments, medications, and performing minor procedures. Coordinating patient care, including referrals and test results communication. Educating patients and families on health management. Required Skills and Qualifications : 2-5 years NP experience, preferably in urgent care or family practice. Advanced clinical skills, strong teamwork, and communication abilities. Master's degree in nursing, FNP certification, and valid state license.
