Position Title : Associate Dentist

Location : Greenfield, MA

Status : Part-Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 8am–5pm)

We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Greenfield, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, providing clinical autonomy within a supportive, patient-centric environment.

The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care to help drive practice growth. They should have a compassionate, confident bedside manner and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to a long-standing commitment to serving the local community.

Practice Summary :

  • In business for over 50 years
  • Patient base : 5,500–6,000 active patients
  • Average of 35 new patients per month
  • Payer mix : 35% fee-for-service / 65% insurance
  • 6 doctor chairs and 5 hygiene chairs
  • Specialty services offered in-office include sleep apnea, Invisalign, and Candid clear aligners
  • Advanced technology : Dexis digital X-rays, Cerec scanner and milling unit
  • Strong, dedicated support team and modern, welcoming facilities

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 4–5 years of clinical experience preferred; GPR or AEGD graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Current active dental license in Massachusetts in good standing
  • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on prevention
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients comprehensively
  • Desire and willingness to continue learning and growing clinically
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
