  • Quality Assurance: Review design documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

  • Risk Management: Identify design-related risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of design decisions, revisions, and approvals; prepare regular progress reports for leadership and clients.

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide design team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading complex design efforts across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a collaborative environment.

  • Passion for technical excellence and mentoring emerging professionals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in water infrastructure design and project delivery.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

  • Experience with municipal, industrial, or federal water projects preferred.
