Our client a leading law firm is seeking an Entry Level Attorney to join them in Albuquerque. As an Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating on their behalf. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of legal projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of our firm.

As an Entry Level Attorney you will be an integral part of our legal team, working on diverse projects such as legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. This role is essential to the firm's success, as you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of legal excellence and client service. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation sessions.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
  • Participate in client meetings and case strategy sessions.
  • Stay current on legal developments and changes in the law.

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
