Work Hours : 8AM - 4 : 30PM

Total weekly hours : 40 Physical Therapist - 8 hour days - Wild Rose - Wild Rose, WI

• No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius of Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
• Will accept new grads

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : ASAP

Primary Location : Wild Rose, WI

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 40

Shift : 8hr Days Monday-Friday

Weekends : None

Holidays : As needed

Call : None

Float : Throughout facility within skillset, To all Facilities

Minimum 3 years PT experience REQUIRED (open to New Grads)

License / Certs Required : WI PT & AHA BLS

Charting Experience Required : EPIC

Unit Overview : Inpatient / Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients.

Patient load : Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts) GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
