SERVER

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Selleck St. Pizza in SELLE. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing sales and revenue for the restaurant.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Answer guest questions and provide recommendations as needed

Skills:

As a Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills on a daily basis to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will also use your multitasking abilities to take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. Additionally, your knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items will allow you to make recommendations to guests and increase sales for the restaurant.
