QA Automation Manager

A company is looking for a QA Automation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers in manual and automated testing

Establish and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices

Oversee the expansion of automation frameworks and provide updates on progress

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in the health tech industry

2+ years of experience leading a team of QA engineers

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI / CD pipelines

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
