Our national association client is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their team, reporting into the Director of Direct and Digital Marketing. The role is fulltime, hybrid onsite Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in their downtown Chicago office. The Campaign Marketing Manager will act as the hub between analytics, creative and campaign operations for membership campaigns with the goal of converting new members. Campaigns span across direct mail, email and paid digital ads. The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for Strategy & Execution (60%), Campaigns Development (20%), Performance Measurement (20%) including :

• Developing integrated marketing strategies and messaging ensuring alignment with target market interests to drive new member growth
• Using A / B tests and data-driven insights to ensure the optimization of marketing campaigns' segmentation, reach, engagement, and conversion
• Overseeing audience behaviors, campaign effectiveness and implementing best practice standards
