About the Role

As a Software Engineer in this contingent role, you will contribute to initiatives of low to moderate complexity within the Software Engineering organization. You’ll help identify opportunities to improve processes, analyze technical challenges, and support the delivery of low‑to‑medium‑risk engineering solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their engineering career who is ready to apply technical skills, exercise sound judgment, and grow within a structured engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support engineering initiatives by reviewing, analyzing, and troubleshooting basic to moderately complex technical tasks.
• Conduct research and evaluate alternatives to recommend solutions for engineering challenges within defined scope and risk levels.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or improve existing engineering processes.
• Apply an understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements as part of day‑to‑day work.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal clients and engineering partners by providing clear and accurate technical information.

Minimum Qualifications
