Puzzle Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to support our teams in Georgia, Texas, and Illinois.

Position Summary :

The Clinical Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for new clinical providers from interview through early productivity milestones. This role partners closely with Regional Directors of Operations, Directors of Training, and clinical leadership to support onboarding, training alignment, operational readiness, and early-stage performance monitoring. The Clinical Operations Manager also serves as a resource for provider workflow questions and contributes to broader operational initiatives to drive continuity, quality, and efficiency across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruiting & Hiring Support

Conduct interviews with prospective employees across assigned regions.

Partner with hiring and clinical leaders to ensure candidates move smoothly through the selection process.

Onboarding & Training Coordination

Coordinate onboarding for new providers, ensuring clear communication around requirements, expectations, timelines, and start dates.

Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) and Directors of Training to align on training schedules, launch dates, and onboarding plans.

Facilitate seamless handoffs to supervising RCS team members to support a consistent and structured new-hire experience.

Provider Performance & Productivity Support

Support early-stage productivity monitoring and ensure completion of 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews.

Serve as a resource for provider workflow questions, clinical processes, and operational guidance.

Educate new clinicians on the value, purpose, and workflow of the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program.

Operational & Cross-Functional Support

Support broader operational and clinical team needs as required to drive continuity, quality, and efficiency.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance the provider experience and improve clinical operations.
