Key Responsibilities :
Manage and execute facilities upgrades, renovations, and energy efficiency initiativesMaintain and troubleshoot high and low voltage systems, including 1.5 MW supply site, generators, fire pumps, and substationsMonitor and support solar energy systems (1.3 MW rooftop installation) in coordination with vendorsLead electrical projects and oversee continuous improvement initiativesMaintain maintenance logs, schematics, and sub-meter systems for power monitoringAct as the point of contact for vendor coordination and troubleshootingParticipate in an on-call rotation (every 3-4 weeks after 6 PM, with/ day compensation)Must-Haves :
Master Electrician License with a minimum of 5 years of experienceHands-on experience with commercial-level generatorsProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematicsExpertise in both high and low voltage systems (down to 24 volts)Previous experience in a facilities maintenance or industrial settingFamiliarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)Solid understanding of local and state electrical codes with practical application experienceStrong track record of working with and managing vendors for troubleshooting and maintenancePluses :
