GTM Engineer

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to manage and optimize their outbound engineering strategy and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the outbound tech stack, ensuring deliverability and data quality

Build workflows to identify buying signals and trigger personalized outreach at scale

Design and launch outbound campaigns based on account-specific triggers and signals

Required Qualifications

2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar technical GTM role

Proficiency with Clay and experience with outbound email tools like Smartlead

Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations

Strong analytical skills to guide decisions and measure campaign impact

Curiosity about AI tools and their application for competitive advantage
