Role Summary :
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with experience in the luxury market for single-family residential villas or with international brands in related fields, such as furniture, FF&E, or finishing materials.
The ideal candidate will also have a background in interior design, architecture, or luxury residential development, preferably within the Miami market. This role will be instrumental in supporting iMakers U.S. expansion by building strategic relationships, identifying opportunities, supporting the development of our U.S. marketing plan, and establishing our brand presence within the region.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the luxury residential market in Miami and across the U.S.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, designers, vendors, and international furniture / material brands.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Support the execution of the U.S. marketing plan by liaising between Miami operations and international offices (Dubai, London, Saudi Arabia, Cairo).
- Represent iMaker Group at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings.
- Participate in client meetings and conduct site visits to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and materials that communicate iMakers services and value proposition.
- Track business development activities and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design, architecture, luxury residential development, or related fields.Experience in the luxury villa market is strongly preferred.Experience working with international brands in furniture, FF&E, or finishing materials is a strong plus.Familiarity with the Miami luxury market is highly desirable.Strong understanding of design terminology, industry workflows, and luxury client expectations.Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institution.Skills & Attributes :

This position is fully office-based in Miami, Florida, operating Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.The role may require minimal international travel.While standard office hours apply, occasional flexibility may be required for industry events, client meetings, or special project activities.What We Offer
