LOCATION : Territories throughout RI

HOURS : 40 Hours / Monday through Friday - 5 : 00 a.m. to 1 : 30 p.m.

With Rotating Weekends

FULL TIME / PART TIME : Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will :

• Provide excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with patients and clients
• Use a computer and systems for light data entry / scanning labels capability
• Travel to Nursing homes, and provide patient care throughout RI
