Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals to support patients independence and well-being.

Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals.

Qualifications:

1+ years of recent experience

Graduate of an accredited school

BLS certification

Active state license

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
