LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company. We are in search of a temporary assistant controller. The Interim Assistant Controller will stabilize close activities, support audits, and drive process improvements during a period of transition or peak workload. Job Type : Temporary / Interim Duration : 3-6 months Work Location : Onsite (in person) Compensation : $50-$55 per hour (DOE)

Immediate Priorities

• Own month?end close deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany).
• Produce GAAP?compliant financial statements; prepare flux analyses and management commentary.
• Support AP / AR continuity; address aged items and help optimize cash application / 3?way match.
• Document and strengthen internal controls; implement quick?wins to reduce errors and cycle time.
• Prepare audit schedules; liaise with external auditors and respond to requests.
• Partner with operations on inventory accounting; assist with physical counts and cycle count enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements (ERP workflows, templates, checklists).
• Handle special projects requiring high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay Details : $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
